This week was my last "lazy week" before starting my training plan for Ironman Florida, which is just shy of 5 months away! Eeekk!
Let Ironman training begin (as if the last year was not all training too!) ...
Swim: 3750 yards in 1:30
Bike: 40 miles in 2:20
Run: 14.5 miles in 2:15
Total Time: 6:05
