- You are planning your nap for later in the day before you are even out of bed
- Your running partner stops for a potty break and you nearly fall asleep standing up waiting for him (and he was only gone 1 minute)
- You find yourself longing for the weekend because you only have to get up 6 something a.m. instead of 4 something a.m.
- You fall asleep in the middle of typing a blog post (or watching your favorite tv show or in the middle of conversations with your spouse)
Off to bed because in case I did not mention it already, I am tired!

Slow down and take more days off. Works wonders and you will get back into mental condition
^^ yup ! you will be AMAZED at how great your body feels after a couple days off and a few good nights of sleep !

I could sleep for days! I need 8 -10 hours a night, which is just not practical during the week (I get 6.5 - 7 hours), working full time, training and most importantly, being a good wife and mother!
Thankfully, I normally get lots of good rest on the weekends and get caught up then. I think I was so tired this week because my schedule was thrown off due to my travels. I am feeling better already now that my schedule has stabilized and the weekend is almost here!
